We all face trials in our lives. These trials shape the way we act and feel every day. Sometimes we let ourselves develop habits that, in the long run, are not serving us. Through hypnotherapy and Reiki, I can assist you in figuring out what patterns are no longer helping you. We can work together to release the habits that are holding you back from having everything you want in life.
I believe that life should be filled with joy and love. Together, we can release negative patterns that are keeping you from living your best life.
I have always enjoyed helping people and developed a sensitivity for others at a young age. This sensitivity combines with both hypnotherapy treatments and Reiki energy to allow for a full and meaningful experience for both myself and the receiver of the treatment. My goal in this work is to offer love and healing from the heart. The universe communicates with us all the time, bringing to us that which we attract based on our vibration and attention, conscious or not. I am always exploring the world and working to better the human experience of it.
Originally from Colorado, I moved to Washington in 2001. I currently reside in the Beacon Hill neighborhood.
